Description
The project was developed by UTE GNA I Geracao de Energia. BP, Prumo Logistica and Siemens Energy are currently owning the project.
It is a combined cycle gas turbine (ccgt) power plant. The fuel is procured from FSRU BW Magna.
The project cost is $1,163.47m.
Development Status
The project construction commenced in 2019 and subsequently entered into commercial operation in September 2021.

Andrade Gutierrez and Siemens were selected to render EPC services for the gas fired power project.
Siemens Energy was selected as the turbine supplier for the Gas fired project. The company provided 3 units of SGT6-8000H gas turbines.
Siemens Energy was selected as the turbine supplier for the Gas fired project. The company provided 1 unit of SST6-5000 steam turbine.
Siemens Energy supplied electric generator for the project.
Siemens Energy supplied steam boiler for the project.
Siemens is the O&M contractor for thermal power project.
