Vyskov – Cechy Stred Line, Czech Republic

Vyskov – Cechy Stred Line is a 400kV overhead line with a length of 98.3km from Vyskov, South Moravian, Czech Republic, to Cechy Stred, Czech Republic.

Construction works on the Vyskov – Cechy Stred Line started in 2015 and the project was commissioned in 2016.


The Vyskov – Cechy Stred Line, which is an overhead line, is being operated by CEPS. The Vyskov – Cechy Stred Line is an upgrade line. The line carries alternating current (AC) through double circuit cable.

Approximately $115.7m was financed by the authorities to undertake the construction works of the project.
