The project was developed by Pyrenees Wind Energy Developments and is currently owned by Acciona Energia Internacional.

The project generates 571,852MWh electricity and supplies enough clean energy to power 140,000 households, offsetting 650,000t of carbon dioxide emissions (CO2) a year. The project cost is $313.45m.

Power Purchase Agreement

The power generated from the project is sold to Origin Energy under a power purchase agreement.

RJE Global was selected to render EPC services for the wind power project.

Nordex was selected as the turbine supplier for the wind power project. The company provided 128 turbines, each with 1.5MW nameplate capacity.
