The project was developed by ENGIE North America. ENGIE North America and Hannon Armstrong Capital are currently owning the project having ownership stake of 51% and 49% respectively.

Whitehorn Solar PV Park is a ground-mounted solar project which is spread over an area of 700 acres.

The project cost is $70m.

The project consists of 200,000 modules.
