The project is developed and owned by China Power Investment Guizhou Jinyuan.
The hydro reservoir capacity is 263 million cubic meter. The project generated 930 GWh of electricity. The project cost is $378.684m.
The hydro power project consists of 2 turbines, each with 120MW nameplate capacity.
