State Power Investment, Shenzhen Nanshan Power Station and Electric Power Development are currently owning the project having ownership stake of 60%, 30% and 10% respectively.

Power Purchase Agreement
The power generated from the project is sold to Jiangxi Provincial Power under a power purchase agreement with a contracted capacity is 1,320MW.

Dongfang Electric was selected as the turbine supplier for the Coal fired project.
Dongfang Electric supplied electric generator for the project.
Dongfang Boiler Group supplied steam boiler for the project.
