State Power Investment, Shenzhen Nanshan Power Station and Electric Power Development are currently owning the project having ownership stake of 60%, 30% and 10% respectively.
It is a steam turbine power plant that is used for Baseload.
The project cost is $629.29m.

Power Purchase Agreement
