It is a steam turbine power plant.

Xingyang Power Plant (Xingyang Power Plant Unit I) is equipped with Dongfang Turbine CLN600-24.2 / 566/566 steam turbine. The phase consists of 1 steam turbine with 600MW nameplate capacity.

Xingyang Power Plant (Xingyang Power Plant Unit II) is equipped with Dongfang Turbine N600-24.2 / 566/566 steam turbine. The phase consists of 1 steam turbine with 600MW nameplate capacity.

DEC Dongfang Electric Machinery supplied QFSN 600-2-22D electric generator for the Xingyang Power Plant (Xingyang Power Plant Unit I).

DEC Dongfang Electric Machinery supplied QFSN 600-2-22D electric generator for the Xingyang Power Plant (Xingyang Power Plant Unit II).

Babcock & Wilcox Beijing supplied steam boiler for the project.
