Xipe Bcos Substation is a 400/115kV substation located in Xipe, Yucatan, Mexico. The construction works on Xipe Bcos Substation began in 2015. The project was commissioned in 2016.

Description

The Xipe Bcos Substation project is a new substation being operated by Comision Federal de Electricidad.

The designed voltage level of the project is 400/115kV, while the operating voltage level is 400/115kV.The step-in voltage of the substation is 400kV and the step-out voltage is 115kV. The substation capacity is 875MVA.

Xipe Bcos Substation has received approval from Secretaria de Energia de Mexico (SENER) to undertake the works on the project.
