The project is co-owned by Jersey Central Power & Light and Public Service Enterprise Group, with their respective ownership stake of 50% each.
Yards Creek is a pumped storage project. Yards Creek underwent through rehabilitation & modernization during 1993-1997. The project generated 628.044 GWh of electricity.
