The solution combines auxiliaries, cooling options, an e-house, a flywheel, foundation, a lube-oil system, an optional noise enclosure, a starting system and a synchronous condenser in a single standardised package. ABB says the single-source, modular approach should shorten installation timelines and simplify delivery across mechanical, electrical and controls work.
