Enel Green Power North America has agreed to invest $430m for the construction and development of the 320MW Rattlesnake Creek windfarm in the US.

Facebook will purchase 200MW of generated power and renewable energy under a bundled, long-term power purchase agreement. This will supply Facebook’s new data centre in Papillion, Nebraska.

Reservoir Capital has agreed to raise gross proceeds of up to C$1.2m ($0.94m) through an issue of up to 24 million shares priced at C$0.05 ($0.03) a share in a private placement.

Net proceeds raised are intended to be used for general corporate and working capital purposes.

The Canada-based company is focused on the development and operation of hydro and other renewable energy projects.

Agritre has raised €60m ($69.93m) in project financing for the construction and development of a 25.2MW biomass plant in Sant’Agata di Puglia Municipality Foggia, Italy.

A syndicate of banks such as Banca IMI, Mediocredito Italiano, Unione di Banche Italiane, and Cassa dei Risparmi di Forli e della Romagna provided financing for the transaction.

The company has engaged L&B Partners Avvocati Associati as legal advisor, while the lenders group have engaged Watson Farley & Williams as its legal adviser.

Agritre is a renewable energy company owned by Ardian and Tozzi Green.

Talen Energy Supply plans to raise gross proceeds of $400m in a private placement of 10.5% senior unsecured guaranteed notes due 15 January 2026.

To be issued at 96.029% of par value, the notes will be subscribed to by qualified institutional buyers.

Proceeds from the placement are intended to clear the debts and pay transaction fees and expenses.

Based in the US, Talen Energy Supply is engaged in power generation and distribution.

Magnum Gas & Power has raised gross proceeds of A$0.4m ($0.31m) through a private placement of 228,571,429 shares priced at A$0.00175 ($0.00134) a share.

The placement also included a free attaching option for every share issued and is exercisable at A$0.003 ($0.002) a share before 31 October 2020.

The company has engaged Capital Investment Partners as placement agent for the transaction.

Magnum intends to use the proceeds raised for general working capital and to make investments in the energy sector.

Korea East-West Power has issued 2.56% corporate bonds due 10 November 2022 in an indirect public offering to raise gross proceeds of KRW50bn ($44.73m).

The South Korea-based company is a power generation and distribution subsidiary of Korea Electric Power Corporation.
