The acquired projects total more than 8GW in capacity.

Engie North America is a subsidiary of Engie that is engaged in power generation, while Infinity Renewables is a developer of utility-scale wind projects.

Formerly known as Solar Universe, Soligent will provide its equipment, logistics, engineering and finance solutions to franchisees of Repower America, while its dealers will gain access to the Repower network after the acquisition.

Soligent Holdings is engaged in the distribution of solar energy equipment, while Repower America is engaged in providing solar services.

Soligent has engaged Marathon Capital as the financial adviser for the transaction.
