Power Construction Corporation of China plans to acquire interests in two hydropower firms for CNY942.6m ($144.74m).

The company is engaged in providing engineering, procurement and construction services.

Rosenergoatom Concern has acquired a 50% interest in JSC Concern Titan-2.

Rosenergoatom is a Russian electric power generation company, while JSC Concern Titan-2 is a construction services provider based in Finland.
