Power Construction Corporation of China plans to acquire interests in two hydropower firms for CNY942.6m ($144.74m).

Power Construction Corporation of China plans to acquire interests in two hydropower firms for CNY942.6m ($144.74m).

The company is engaged in providing engineering, procurement and construction services.

Rosenergoatom Concern has acquired a 50% interest in JSC Concern Titan-2.

Rosenergoatom is a Russian electric power generation company, while JSC Concern Titan-2 is a construction services provider based in Finland.

“Archrock has signed a definitive merger agreement to acquire the remaining 41.3 million outstanding units of Archrock Partners for $607m.”

Archrock will issue approximately 57.8 million shares to finance the merger, which is expected be completed in Q2 2018.

Both the companies involved in the transaction are natural gas contract compression services providers based in the US. The merger is expected to strengthen Archrock’s business operations.
