Re Sipar srl (RSS) has reached an agreement with Cogenpower plc to acquire heat and power generation company Cogenpower srl for a purchase consideration of £1m ($1.31m).
Founder and CEO of Cogenpower plc Francesco Vallone fully owns Re Sipar, which will also gain access to Cogenpower srl’s subsidiaries Cogenpower Energia and Cogenpower Gas & Power.
