Echoenergia Participacoes has announced an acquisition of the 130MW Tiangua and 216MW Sao Clemente windfarms in Brazil from Casa dos Ventos Energias Renovaveis.

Echoenergia Participacoes is a power generation company, while Casa dos Ventos is a renewable power generation company.

China National Nuclear Power has announced plans to invest CNY51.5bn ($7.46bn) in the Zhejiang nuclear power project.

Located in Zhejiang province of China, the project had an original budget of CNY39.9bn ($7.46bn).

Bulgarian Energy Holding has announced plans to raise gross proceeds of up to €500m ($546.4m) through the issue of Eurobonds due in 2023.

"E.ON has announced that it has raised €750m ($819.6m) in gross proceeds through a public offering of 0.375% bonds due 23 August 2021."

Engaged in power generation, distribution, and transmission, the company intends to repay a maturing bond in November 2018 through the proceeds.

E.ON has announced that it has raised €750m ($819.6m) in gross proceeds through a public offering of 0.375% bonds due 23 August 2021. The company proposes to pay interest on the bonds annually.

Joint bookrunners for the transaction include Deutsche Bank, The Goldman Sachs Group, ING Wholesale Banking London, and JPMorgan Chase & Co.

Proceeds will be used to make payment to the German Government in conjunction with the transfer of nuclear-storage obligations.

ChargePoint has announced that it has raised $24m in a venture financing round.

Net proceeds from the transaction are intended for expansion in global markets.
