Infraestructura Energetica Nova (IEnova) has reached an agreement to aqcuire Blackstone Energy Partners’ Ventika I and Ventika II windfarms in Mexico in exchange for $852m, including $477m of debt.

The farms are equipped with 84 turbines and have a combined installed capacity of 252MW. The transaction is expected to close in Q4, 2016.

United Energy Distribution has priced the private placement of its seven-year senior unsecured notes to raise A$350m ($265.5m).

The notes will be subscribed to by Australian and Asian investors and the proceeds will be used to refinance its A$265m ($201.02m) medium-term notes due in April 2017 and part of its next maturity in December 2017.

BCPG Public Company has priced the initial public offering of 590 million shares between THB9.8 ($0.27) and THB10 ($0.28) per share.

The offering is expected to close around 20 September and the company intends to raise minimum gross proceeds of THB5.782bn ($163.74m), with a maximum of THB5.9bn ($167.08m).

As per the agreement, Meeco will deliver its solar turnkey solutions, including sun2live, sun2roof, and sun2safe, which will be sold through Powerspeed Electrical’s 16 outlets in Zimbabwe, as well as directly to private and commercial clients.
