Goldman Sachs Group is acting as the financial advisor to the company for the offering.

Blueknight Energy Partners has priced the public offering of 3.3 million units at $5.9 each to raise approximately $19.47m.

It has also granted underwriter Wells Fargo Securities a 30-day option to purchase up to 495,000 additional units. The offering is expected to close on or about 26 July 2016.

Following the closure and successful acceptance of the option, the company will use the proceeds to repurchase a certain quantity of the 13,335,390 Series A preferred units from Blueknight Energy Holdings and CB-Blueknight.

If the additional option is not exercised by the underwriter, proceeds from the offering will be used by Blueknight Energy Partners for general corporate purposes and repayment of borrowings outstanding under its credit facility.
