This new deal joins the several projects developed by Ingeteam in Chile.

Ingeteam said that protection, control and measurement systems have been installed in more than 500MW of renewable energy projects.

The El Romero Photovoltaic Plant has 246.6MW-196MW rated, making it one of the ten largest photovoltaic plants in the world.

The photovoltaic plant sells its energy to the grid through a 220kV/33kV substation formed by a 220kV line position, a transformer and 12 medium-voltage circuits.
