Inocean has fully acquired the offshore wind services provider ABB Inocean and renamed it Inocean AB.

Inocean has fully acquired the offshore wind services provider ABB Inocean and renamed it Inocean AB.

Inocean is engaged in providing naval architectural and engineering services.

BlueNRGY Group has reached an agreement to acquire Green States Energy for $60m.

Following the acquisition, Green States Energy will be merged with one of BlueNRGY's US subsidiaries.

According with the agreement, Green States Energy’s shareholders will be entitled to 34 million ordinary shares of BlueNRGY and will be able to purchase an additional 8.5 million.

"Evgeniy Lennorovich Giner has acquired a 25% stake in the power generation and distribution company TNS Energo Group."

BlueNRGY is engaged in providing systems and services for distributed renewable power systems, while Green States Energy is a renewable energy producer.

The CEO of Green States Energy Wallace Giakas will become a director of BlueNRGY following the acquisition.

Evgeniy Lennorovich Giner has acquired a 25% stake in the power generation and distribution company TNS Energo Group.

Evgeniy Giner is a Russian businessman and president of foodball club PFC CSKA Moscow.
