BlueNRGY Group has reached an agreement to acquire Green States Energy for $60m.

Following the acquisition, Green States Energy will be merged with one of BlueNRGY's US subsidiaries.

According with the agreement, Green States Energy’s shareholders will be entitled to 34 million ordinary shares of BlueNRGY and will be able to purchase an additional 8.5 million.

BlueNRGY is engaged in providing systems and services for distributed renewable power systems, while Green States Energy is a renewable energy producer.
