Kutahya Porselen Sanayi has reached an agreement to acquire Kiraz Enerji Yatirim Uretim ve Ticaret from Turkerler Insaat Turizm Madencilik Enerji Uretim Ticaret ve Sanayi for $10m.
All companies involved in the transaction are based in Turkey.

Itron will acquire all the outstanding shares of the company for $16.25 a share. It proposes to finance the transaction using a combination of cash and approximately $750m incremental new debt, which will be provided by Wells Fargo.

Itron has engaged Centerview Partners and Credit Suisse as financial advisors, and Jones Day as the legal advisor for the transaction. Evercore Partners and Fenwick & West are acting as the financial advisor and legal advisor respectively to Silver Spring Networks.
