NextEra Energy Partners has announced an acquisition of Golden West Wind Holdings from an indirect wholly-owned subsidiary of NextEra Energy for $238m.

NextEra Energy Partners has announced an acquisition of Golden West Wind Holdings from an indirect wholly-owned subsidiary of NextEra Energy for $238m.

The target company owns the 249MW Golden West Wind Energy Center in El Paso County, US.

Crane has completed the acquisition of Westlock Controls from Emerson Electric for a purchase consideration of $40m.

Crane is engaged in the manufacturing of highly engineered industrial products, while Saddle Brook-based Westlock Controls specialises in the manufacturing and sale of switchboxes, position transmitters, and other solutions.

Cyrq Energy has announced its intention to acquire the Nevada Geothermal Power Company, which is engaged in the development of geothermal power plants.
