NAES Corporation has signed an agreement with MinnTex Power Holdings to provide operations and maintenance services for the Guadalupe power project in Texas.
The 1,000MW project consists of two 2-on-1 combined cycle power blocks, based on F technology combustion turbines.
The plant, which began commercial operations in April 2001, also features a zero liquid discharge water and waste treatment facility.
NAES is owned by Itochu International, a US-based subsidiary of Itochu Corporation.
