Global energy company Vestas has secured a new service contract for seven windpower parks with a total installed capacity of 86MW across Sweden.
The new contract has been awarded by Arise for 15 years to outsource the power service.
Arise's chief executive officer (CEO) Daniel Johansson said: “Arise is very pleased to enter this agreement to outsource the service responsibility of our seven windfarms.
“By choosing Vestas, our wind parks obtain world class warranted availability, high performance, and risk coverage.”
Vestas will take complete responsibility for servicing the seven Arise projects to optimise performance and energy output. The current deal is a full-scope 15-year Active Output Management 5000 (AOM5000) service agreement designed to optimise uptime and power production.
