The Sidi Bouzid and Tozeur sites will supply power to 120,000 households under a 30-year national contract.
The project aims to generate 100TWh of renewable electricity over a period of 25 years.
The deal includes major power generation assets and supports Cox’s continued growth strategy in the Mexican energy market.
The project scope covers EPCC for the BoP and battery installation.
Order-related equipment is scheduled for delivery in 2028, with full power plant operations expected to begin in late 2029.
The technology reflects a broader shift in the wind sector towards data-driven operations and advanced condition monitoring to improve asset reliability and performance.
