Vestas has announced the securing of 133MW of turbine orders across Europe, the Americas and Asia, with deliveries scheduled from 2026.

This third-quarter (Q3) 2025 intake includes projects in Spain, Greece, Costa Rica and South Korea.

In Spain, an undisclosed customer has placed an order for six V150-4.5MW turbines, with a total capacity of 27MW.

Delivery is expected in the first half of 2026, with commissioning later that year.

This project will be supported by a long-term AOM 5000 service agreement.

Costa Rica will see installation of five V117-4.3MW turbines totalling 22MW. This order was also placed by an undisclosed customer.

The turbines are expected to be delivered and commissioned in 2026 under an eight-year AOM 4000 contract.

In Greece, developer CNI SA has selected five V135-4.5MW and four V136-4.5MW turbines for the 41MW Maratzaki, Pyrgaki and Koromilia projects.

Deliveries and commissioning of these turbines are set for the second half of 2026, backed by a 20-year AOM 5000 agreement.

In South Korea, Youngduk Wind Power has placed an order for seven V162-6.2MW turbine units to be used in the initial 43MW phase of Youngduk Wind Power repowering project.

Delivery is planned for the third quarter of 2026, followed by commissioning in the second quarter of 2027. It will feature a 20-year AOM 5000 service agreement.

Vestas specialises in the design, manufacturing, installation and servicing of both onshore and offshore wind turbines worldwide.

The company has installed 193GW of wind turbines across 88 countries.

In August 2025, Vestas received an order from an undisclosed customer to provide wind turbines for a 128MW wind project in Chile.

The wind turbine maker is required to supply the V162-6.4MW variant within its EnVentus platform.
