East Coast Filter has a wide selection of single and multi round bag and cartridge filter vessels in aluminium, 304/316 stainless steel, carbon steel, PVDF and polypropylene. East Coast Filter supplies a large array of single round and multi round bag and cartridge filter vessels. With the selection of bag vessels to accommodate one to 43 bag filters and our cartridge filter vessels able to accommodate between one and close to 500 cartridges in 304/316L stainless steel, aluminium and carbon steel construction, we can help determine the best fit solution based on your desired flow rate, filtration requirements, and chemistry. As the number one supplier of aluminium bag filter vessels in North America, our engineers are excellent at resolving any filtration concerns within the oil/gas, fracking and refinery fields, to name a few.

High flow filter vessels are also available for those applications that have extremely high flow rates up to 3500 gallons per minute (GPM) which cannot be accommodated or handled in a standard cartridge filter vessel. These vessels can be configured in a vertical, horizontal and angled orientation to drop into many different applications including oil/gas, petrochemicals, desalination and pre-reverse osmosis (RO).

Both cartridge and bag filter vessels can be duplexed or manifolded together to increase filtration, flow rate and create easy changeouts for operators.

In addition to the previously mentioned standard configuration vessels, East Coast Filter can also configure vessels on portable units and systems to accommodate unique needs. Our portable units are generally composed of a bag or cartridge filter vessel and pump on a portable stainless steel cart. Due to the small compact design on a mobile cart, the vessel and pump can be connected easily to various locations throughout a plant for a fast and easy option for filtration without having to permanently plumb in a unit.

Most vessels are fully customisable from the type and size of the inlet/outlet connection in NPT/FNPT or flange, configuration of the inlet/outlet, and material of construction in 304/316 stainless steel, carbon steel, aluminium, PVDF or polypropylene. A large assortment of seal materials like buna-N, EPDM, viton, teflon, teflon encapsulated viton, and Silicone, are compatible with multiple applications and chemicals are available with each vessel. If a job or project requires a specific code stamping, such as ASME, NSF61, CRN, etc, we can provide the exact specifications required. A detailed drawing and specification list is always provided with each vessel to ensure that it is meeting all of the requirements. All vessels are pressure tested to ensure that they are fit to be used in any application. If you are unaware of what your project or process requires, one of East Coast Filter’s application engineers can assist you in determining the right vessel or vessels.

East Coast Filter also supplies many configurations of simplex and duplex strainers if bag and cartridge filter vessels are not applicable. Available in materials such as stainless steel, cast iron and PVC, East Coast Filter has the most well-suited strainer for any application.
