The vacuum furnaces of the TAV C series offer an advanced solution for vacuum heat treatment and brazing of large components, including aero-engine / IGT components.
The front hatch is attached to a track carriage and it is moved on four wheels, operated by a motor reducer on a track to allow loading and unloading of the charge with an overhead crane and without the needs of a loading truck.
The heating power is distributed on No. 6 independently controlled heating zones to allow fast and uniform ramps and shorter cycles.
A closed loop gas cooling system combines high flow capacity, high pressure and multi-directional gas flow distribution to guarantee a fast and uniform cooling of the load.
A SCADA system provides comprehensive monitoring and control of the furnace and it includes OEE and performance measurement functions.
