NMPJ INSULATION JACKET COVER

Valves, flanges, etc. are often left un-insulated in order to accommodate regular inspection and maintenance. NMPJ International can easily reduce energy costs and improve safety / personnel protection by using NMPJ covers.

These valve covers are a low cost, lightweight answer to the problem of exposed valves and other connections; their one-piece fabric wrap-around design and quick-release fasteners make them easy to fit and remove.

DIESEL ENGINE EXHAUST JACKETS

This removable fire-resistant jacket is designed for very high temperature applications providing excellent insulation, durability and fire protection. These jackets help to contain the heat in the exhaust line, thereby reducing the amount of heat radiating into the immediate area.

Too much radiated heat from the exhaust will dramatically increase the chances of the engine overheating. These jackets have been tried and tested in the extreme heat of a desert climate, and they are ideal solutions for oilfield zone 2 certification.

GAS TURBINE EXHAUST JACKETS

This removable fire resistant jacket is designed for extremely high temperature applications, providing excellent insulation, durability and fire protection. Due to its removable / reusable nature these jackets are ideal where maintenance or inspection is regularly required.

OIL / FUEL HOSE FIRE PROTECTION

Pyrojacket can protect hoses and pipes conveying oils, solvents, fuels or other flammable liquids to help prevent them from becoming open lines that feed a fire. Pyrojacket is constructed from a high bulk fibreglass fibre that is woven to produce a hollow sleeve. It is coated with a thick covering of iron oxide red silicone rubber.

Pyrojacket has the ability to shed molten metal splash and withstand intense radiant heat. It can withstand 500°F (260°C) continuous exposure, 2,000°F (1,090°C) for 15min to 20min and up to 3,000°F (1,640°C) for 15s to 30s.

FUEL PIPE JACKETS

These pipe covers are a low cost, lightweight answer to the problem of exposed flexible hoses, valves and other connections. Their one-piece fabric wrap-around design and quick-release fasteners make them easy to fit and remove.

Their simple design, robust construction and easy application also ensures many years of trouble-free use. In conjunction with heat tracing lines, these jackets provide the perfect solution to the problem of diesel freezing in the flexible pipes, when subjected to extreme cold.

These are high-quality covers made from tarpaulin or canvas, designed individually for each specific piece of equipment. These covers can have:
