Voith Hydro will supply an entire equipment package for the Sainj Hydro-Electric Project in India, under a contract awarded by Himachal Pradesh Power Corporation.

The company will be responsible for both the engineering and the construction of the plant equipment, which will include two Pelton turbines of 50MW each.
