Products and solutions at a glance

PQSys – Permanently installed power quality monitoring systems

The PQSys product family consists of fixed installed power quality analysers, fault recorders and transient recorders for continuous monitoring of low, medium and high-voltage grids. They are primarily used by network operators and industrial clients to ensure compliance with voltage quality standards (e.g. EN 50160) and to analyse network disturbances.

PQI-LV – one of the latest product innovations for continuous grid monitoring, especially in low-voltage applications

PQMobil – Mobile grid analysers

The portable devices of the PQMobil series (PQ-Box ONE, 50, 150, 200 & 300) enable temporary grid analyses in the field. They are ideal for fault finding, condition assessment, or commissioning – particularly in distribution grids or industrial plants.

Robust, reliable and highly user-friendly – A. Eberle’s mobile grid analysers

REGSys® – Automatic voltage regulation (AVR)

With the globally popular REGSys® voltage regulation system, A. Eberle offers an intelligent solution for controlling and monitoring transformers with tap changers. The systems ensure stable voltage conditions in medium and high-voltage applications in conventional and renewable energy generation plants or substations, and adapt flexibly to changing grid conditions.

REGSys® is a proven and globally renowned voltage regulation system used thousands of times for controlling tap changers on medium and high-voltage transformers

LVRSys® – Low-voltage regulation

LVRSys® is a system for voltage regulation in low-voltage grids – serving as an alternative to traditional grid expansion. It enables grid operators to ensure a stable supply in the low-voltage grid even with high PV feed-in or load peaks, for example from electric vehicle charging stations.

LVRSys® – the cost- and time-efficient alternative to grid expansion due to voltage fluctuations in the low-voltage grid

EORSys – Earth fault regulation/-indication & current injection

The EORSys products detect and regulate earth faults and short circuits in medium-voltage grids, and safely and efficiently inject current. They are an integral part of modern protection and control concepts in power supply grids.

EOR-1DS – a recent product innovation offering a particularly cost-efficient solution for earth fault location, combining all essential locating methods in one compact device

Power quality services – consulting & measurement services

In addition to its own measurement and regulation devices, A. Eberle offers comprehensive power quality services: from measurement planning and on-site execution to evaluation and interpretation of results. These services are aimed at utilities, industry, and operators of critical infrastructures.

A. Eberle provides power quality audits and fault finding for utilities as well as medium and large industrial companies through its own service department

Globally active – locally rooted

A. Eberle operates worldwide – with partners in over 60 countries. The devices are internationally certified and used on all continents. Through trade fair appearances, (online) training sessions, and global support, the company maintains a global presence and stays close to its customers.

White Papers

Mains Feedback Interferes with Protective Devices

In a photography and design studio, located in a large industrial park, a RCD tripped frequently. Due to the permanent power cuts, the employees of the studio could not work properly. This situation required a quick solution, but even electricians could not find the cause of the power cuts. To solve the problem, an in-depth network analysis is required.

LVRSys® Low-Voltage Regulation System

This system was developed to solve voltage stability problems due to the integration of electromobility, photovoltaics and heat pumps in the low-voltage grid. It represents an economical and flexible alternative to costly and time-consuming line extensions.

Creating Power Quality surveys with PQ-Box and WinPQ mobil software

Electrical power grids are technical systems with many interacting contributors such as energy loads, generators, storage systems or compensation equipment. These devices are all somehow connected and therefore they need to work in a way that they do not negatively affect other devices in an inadmissible manner.
