FIC Partners Management has announced the acquisition of Perfect Power, a US-based company that owns and operates the Jaguar Energy Center in Texas, US.
The centre is a grid-connected platform combining battery energy storage and solar capacity, with plans to reach up to 1.15GW of capacity across around 4,500 acres.

It supplies electricity to a rapidly developing region within the Electric Reliability Council of Texas grid.
Perfect Power was established in 2021 and is led by a management team experienced in constructing renewable, battery energy storage and thermal generation projects in the US market.
The company intends to continue developing the Jaguar Energy Center and seek further opportunities to meet increasing electricity generation demand in the country following the acquisition.
