Joining Technologies has announced that its general manager Matt Francoeur will be presenting at the Laser Institute of America’s (LIA) International Congress on Applications of Lasers & Electro-Optics (ICALEO®), to be held 6-10 October at the Hyatt Regency Miami® Resort in Miami.

Mr Francoeur will present on R&D and its role in running a successful laser job shop.

His presentation, entitled ‘A Successful Business Combination: R&D and the Laser Job Shop Model’, will illustrate how Joining Technologies has created a culture of openness to change, creativity, and innovation.

Mr Francoeur will discuss how to build an organisation with a customer-focused strategy for sustainability, and how advanced technologies can provide a strong foundation for such a strategy.
