Field System Machining has recently purchased from PDS-Bartech a PCE-630 6-zone power control, automatic programmable controls and chart recorder. The ‘Fully Automatic Stress Reliving and Preheating 6-Way Unit’ handles up to three ceramic pad heaters per each of the six zones, allowing this powerful unit to run 18 ceramic pad heaters simultaneously.
The 75kVA 280VAC 3-phase delta primary 80 VAC secondary also features a digital twelve channel temperature module, uses an RS285 ten segment recipe handling programmer, six digital temperature controllers with automatic or manual control, and integrated cable rack, and all requisite cables and splitters.
