AAF International’s Power and Industrial division has acquired 100% share capital of Stejasa, Agregados Industriales, S.A.
Established in 1974, Stejasa is a market leader and a globally recognised brand in the field of diverter dampers, hot exhaust systems and a wide range of flue gas dampers. Its team brings over 40 years of sector knowledge, competencies and know-how into the AAF family, extending the company’s core expertise.
Head-quartered in Madrid, Spain and with operations around the globe Stejasa has been servicing the highly specialised needs of Power Generation and Oil and Gas customers under the ownership and leadership of Juan Manuel Victorio. Stejasa has evolved the fundamental design and knowledge of its complex damper systems to place it at the forefront of the market, servicing both original equipment manufacturers and EPC’s (Engineering, Procurement & Construction Co’s).
Stejasa has sold over 10,000 dampers to date and with over 95% of its business outside of Spain its excellent reputation is well known around the world and with many customers. With specialist knowledge in a wide range of products and services the acquisition extends the AAF product offering and associated expertise.
AAF International is now considered one of the world’s leading solutions providers for gas turbine auxiliary equipment, filters, repairs, refurbishment, retrofit and upgrades. This includes acoustic enclosures, exhausts, silencers, noise barriers and noise mitigation services. AAF’s multifunctional team of acoustic, mechanical and structural engineers already serve a broad range of applications and customers around the world.
