Life, Physical, and Social Science Occupations drive power hiring activity
Of the industry's total hiring activity, the highest number of new job postings were for Life, Physical, and Social Science Occupations, which accounted for 4% of the total new job postings in Q2 2023 and were up by 45% year-on-year. Second highest were Management Occupations, which accounted for 4% and rise by 71% year-on-year, and third highest were Office and Administrative Support Occupations, which were 20% of the new job postings and 42% lower year-on-year.
Top five companies in power accounted for 74% of hiring activity
The highest number of jobs were posted by CPFL Energia with 581, followed by Raizen with 503, while the highest increase was at Rede Energia Participacoes at 4%.
