HV Portable Test Systems for Medium Voltage Utility Apparatus

Evergreen High Voltage is happy to announce its introduction of a new generation of field transportable test systems for testing medium voltage power cables, generators and switchgear without any flammable liquids or transformer oil.

The high voltage windings are constructed using a patent-pending technique that reduces the electric field so that air insulation can be used.

The systems have a lighter weight for equivalent power, are easily transportable, and have low PD levels without HV filters. They also have class H insulation and are available as a series or parallel resonant circuit. They are inductively or frequency tuned, and have analog or microprocessor control.
