TES Ships 13.6MVA Hydro Generators for Tretheway Creek Project in Canada

TES VSETÍN, the Czech Republic's leading exporter, specialised in generators for hydropower plants, with a remarkable 100 years of experience in generator and motor production, has won the tender for the design and manufacture of two generators for the Tretheway Creek hydroelectric facility.

In March 2015, the generators were supplied to the turbine manufacturer, Rainpower North America, to be provided to their end-user, Innergex Renewable Energy.

This hydroelectric facility will have a total capacity of 23MW, and is currently under construction on the confluence of Tretheway Creek and Harrison Lake, located approximately 64km north-northeast of Mission, BC, Canada.
