Out of the power industry’s total hiring activity, IT jobs claimed a 12.26% share in August 2022, recording an increase of 1.28% over the last three-month average share.

The top five companies, in terms of number of jobs as tracked by GlobalData, have accounted for a combined average decline of 37.5% share in the overall IT recruitment activity of Netherlands power industry during August 2022 over July 2022.
TenneT Holding posted 12 IT jobs in August 2022 and registered a drop of 53.85% over the previous month, followed by Engie with 6 jobs and a 100% growth. Sungevity with 4 IT jobs and Siemens with 2 jobs, recorded a 100% growth and a 75% decrease, respectively, while Green Choice recorded a flat growth with 1 job postings during August 2022.
Junior Level job postings dominate in August 2022
Junior Level jobs held a share of 88%, down by 31.25% from July 2022. Entry Level positions with an 8% share, registered a decline of 77.78% compared with the previous month.
In the third place was Mid Level job ads with a 4% share, down 87.5% over July 2022.
