Benin North – Oshogbo Line is a 330kV overhead line from Benin North, Edo, Nigeria, to Oshogbo, Osun, Nigeria.

The project, which is currently under construction, is expected to be commissioned in 2021.

Description

Benin North – Oshogbo Line is an overhead line that will be operated by Transmission Company Of Nigeria. The line will carry alternating current (AC) through single circuit cable.

Approximately $20.64m was financed by the authorities to undertake the construction works of the project.

The development of the Benin North – Oshogbo Line project has been approved by the Nigerian Electricity Regulatory Commission.
