Burdekin Solar PV Park is a ground-mounted solar project which is planned over 227 hectares.
The project is expected to supply enough clean energy to power 47,000 households, to offset 280,000t of carbon dioxide emissions (CO2) a year. The project cost is expected to be around $140.61m.
The solar power project consists of 448,050 modules, each with 365W nameplate capacity.
