Description

The project is currently owned by Fars Power Generation Management.

It is a Combined Cycle Gas Turbine (CCGT) power plant. The power plant run on dual-fuel. The primary fuel being used to power the plant is gas. In case of shortage of gas the plant can also run on Diesel.

Fars Combined Cycle Power Plant (Fars Combined Cycle Power Plant Block I) is equipped with Siemens steam turbine. The phase consists of 1 steam turbine with 98.3MW nameplate capacity.
