China Energy Conservation and Environmental Protection Group and China Renewable Energy Investment are currently owning the project having ownership stake of 70% and 30% respectively.

The project generates 225,000MWh of electricity.

Hebei Zhangbei Bashang Lunaoba 100MW Wind Farm (Hebei Zhangbei Bashang Lunaoba 100MW Wind Farm II) is equipped with Dongfang Electric turbines. The phase consists of 49 turbines, each with 1.5MW nameplate capacity.
