Description
The project is currently owned by Sanhe Green (Lishu) New Energy Development.
The project generates 283GWh electricity thereby offsetting 363,518t of carbon dioxide emissions (CO2) a year. The project cost is $166.445m.
Jilin Lishu Biomass Power Plant is a combined heat and power (CHP) project. Maize straw which is a kind of agricultural by-product is used as a feedstock to power the project.
The project consists of 2 turbines, each with 25MW nameplate capacity.
