The project was developed by ESB International and SSE. The project is co-owned by MEAG Munich Ergo AssetManagement and SSE, with their respective ownership stake of 50% each.
It is a Combined Cycle Gas Turbine (CCGT) power plant.

Power Purchase Agreement

Siemens and Siemens Holdings were selected to render EPC services for the gas fired power project.
Siemens was selected as the turbine supplier for the Gas fired project. The company provided 2 units of SGT5-4000F gas turbines.
