The project is being developed by Grenergy Renovables Pacific and SolarPack Corporacion Tecnologica. The project is currently owned by Grenergy Renovables Pacific with a stake of 100%.
Bellavista Solar PV Park is a ground-mounted solar project which is planned over 25 hectares.
The project is expected to supply enough clean energy to power 8,000 households, to offset 11,500t of carbon dioxide emissions (CO2) a year. The project cost is expected to be around $13.5m.
The solar power project consists of 32,538 modules, each with 330W nameplate capacity.
Development status
The project construction is expected to commence from 2023. Subsequent to that it will enter into commercial operation by 2024.
