Description
The project was developed by Eneop-Eolicas de Portugal and is currently owned by Finerge Gestao de Projectos Energeticos.
The project generates 85,100MWh electricity thereby offsetting 46,885t of carbon dioxide emissions (CO2) a year.

The project is currently active. The project got commissioned in July 2011.
Contractors involved
Enercon was selected as the turbine supplier for the wind power project. The project consists of 17 units of E-82 E2 / 2,300 kW turbines, each with 2.3MW nameplate capacity.
