Description
The project was developed by Aela Energia and is currently owned by Innergex Renewable Energy with a stake of 100%.
The project generates 740GWh electricity and supplies enough clean energy to power 270,000 households, offsetting 69,358t of carbon dioxide emissions (CO2) a year. The project cost is $354m.

Contractors involved
CJR Renewables SGPS was selected to render engineering procurement construction services for the wind power project.
Senvion was selected as the turbine supplier for the wind power project. The project consists of 50 units of 3.4M114 turbines, each with 3.4MW nameplate capacity.
Siemens Gamesa Renewable Energy is the O&M contractor for the wind power project for a period of 10 years.
